Community Violence Intervention Deputy Director

As part of MONSE's Gun Violence Prevention lane, the Community Violence Intervention Deputy Director is responsible for providing leadership in developing and implementing Community Violence Intervention programming, working with external partners to support collaborative strategies that improve community safety, and providing technical assistance around program management, operations, and fiscal stability.

Victim Services Coordinator 

MONSE is hiring a Victim Services Coordinator to support the agency's Victim Services work. This position will be responsible for conducting community needs assessments, providing case management services to clients, helping manage relationships and coordination with community partners, and facilitating peer support grounds around trauma awareness and healing.

Group Violence Reduction Strategy Community Partnership Manager 

MONSE is hiring a Community Partnership Manager for Baltimore's Group Violence Reduction Strategy (GVRS). This position will oversee grant and contracts with community organizations(s) and specific community representatives (community moral voice partners) to engage participants in GVRS in changing community norms and narratives around gun violence. Additionally, the GVRS Community Partnership Manager will be responsible for tracking community involvement in the Strategy, including through engagement with high-risk individuals.

Group Violence Reduction Strategy Service Partnerships Manager 

MONSE is hiring a Service Partnerships Manager for Baltimore's Group Violence Reduction Strategy (GVRS). This position will be responsible for overseeing grants and contracts with the organization(s) providing direct street outreach and intensive life coaching/case management for GVRS participants. Additionally, they will track contacts, enrollment, engagement, services and outcomes of high-risk individuals, involved in GVRS among partners to facilitate performance management, accountability and decision-making.
